Energy Saving

Among the properties of the FINEGRES® coating is the ability to heat foods not only by HEAT conduction but also by IRRADIATION. When heated, this ceramic coating emits infrared rays (similar to those of the sun or of a heat lamp), which permit the transfer of HEAT to foods fast and uniformly, compared to products with a traditional nonstick coating.
